Michael holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Political Science from Loyola University Maryland. His career reflects a commitment to delivering data-driven insights and strategic solutions that empower organizations to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Andrew Littman is a seasoned management consulting professional with over a decade of experience driving organizational success across financial transformation, budget reform, and operational strategy. Since cofounding River Hawk Consulting LLC in September 2019, Andrew has been instrumental in leading impactful consulting efforts that empower clients to achieve measurable results. 

Prior to founding River Hawk Consulting, Andrew honed his expertise in leadership roles at prominent firms. As a Manager in Financial Management at PwC (2009–2018), he guided teams through complex engagements, including budget transformation and strategic operational initiatives. His career began with foundational roles at KPMG LLP, where he focused on asset management and audit remediation for Department of Defense (DoD) clients, and Lafayette Investments, where he interned as an Investment Associate. 

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University in 2007. His career reflects a deep commitment to improving financial well-being, accountability, and operational excellence for his clients.

Michael Ness is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience driving growth and delivering results for U.S. Government clients, particularly within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). As the Growth Leader at River Hawk Consulting LLC since May 2023, Michael leverages his expertise to spearhead strategic initiatives, build high-performing teams, and expand the firm’s presence in data, technology, and management consulting. 

Michael’s career reflects a commitment to fostering talent and cultivating results-focused teams. He is a problem solver who combines vision, team-building skills, and a robust industry network to execute innovative solutions. 

Before joining River Hawk Consulting, Michael served as a Partner at Guidehouse (2018–2023), managing teams to deliver impactful solutions for federal clients. At PwC (2009–2018), he held the role of Director, leading multidisciplinary teams on government contracts, and at KPMG LLP (2003–2009), he drove financial transformation initiatives for the DoD as Manager in Advisory Services. His early career included roles at Electronic Data Systems and American Management Systems, focusing on change management and business analysis. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His well-organized approach to account management, combined with a passion for business development, makes him a trusted advisor and catalyst for success across the consulting industry.
