Position Overview:
We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our growing team in the Northern Virginia area. At River Hawk, you’ll have the chance to address diverse business challenges, providing structure, insights, and solutions for our federal clients. This role is ideal for adaptable professionals who are passionate about learning, problem-solving, and driving meaningful results.
Senior Consultant Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve business processes to drive results.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identifying key insights.
- Draft and deliver presentations or other client-facing documentation.
- Facilitate structured conversations to gather requirements and feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Support strategic planning initiatives.
- Manage multiple or complex projects to successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism.
- Excel in a team environment to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ needs.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
- Drafting and delivering professional presentations.
- Gathering and analyzing requirements through client engagement.
- Producing data-driven findings and recommendations.
- Documenting and refining business processes.
- Leading complex or multi-faceted projects.
- Strategic planning and execution.
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
Additional Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
- Work location: Northern Virginia (on-site).
- Work-from-home capability: Not available.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $150,000 – $199,000 per year.
